Polarity therapy was created by Dr. Randolph Stone. Polarity seeks to harmonize people with their environment and nature. A healthy body is dependent on its ability to maintain free-flowing energy circuits. Any obstruction will result in pain and eventually illness. We are energy. All energy is governed by three electro-magnetic charges: positive, negative, neutral. When any of these currents short-circuits, the entire energy field is effected. By understanding the relationships of the differed currents and their charges, we can proceed to balance them. When the obstruction is removed, the pain will leave the body and feel healthy again. "The better our energy currents flow, the better we are able to attract what we need to be healthy human beings," says Alan Siegel, a naturopathic physician (N.D.).

Polarity therapy doesn't treat the disease. It treats the body energy. When the body is balanced, pain and suffering may be alleviated.
